What are trapped emotions?
Trapped emotional energy holds a vibration and is one of the most common imbalances found in the body. These emotions often originate in childhood and can remain with us throughout life unless released. At any given time, a person may carry as many as 365 trapped emotions.
Studies suggest that 90% of physical and emotional pain in both people and animals stems from unresolved emotional trauma. This can lead to inflammation, pain, congestion, self-sabotage, recurring distress, depression, and anxiety.
Using a flow chart of 60 low-vibration emotions, we can identify and address these trapped energies.
The Science Behind Emotional Energy:
Stress occurs when the brain and heart become out of sync, disrupting the body’s natural balance. When we perceive a threat—real or imagined—the primitive nervous system activates, consuming our thoughts with fear and preventing forward movement.
Chronic stress can negatively affect hormone levels and overall health.
Scientific research suggests that our thoughts influence gene expression, potentially triggering disease. If negative thoughts and emotions can make us ill, then releasing trapped emotions and cultivating positive energy may help restore balance. “Energy goes where thought flows.”
How Trapped Emotions Affect the Body:
Trapped emotions manifest as energetic “balls” the size of a fist, often settling in areas of pre-existing weakness or injury. Over time, these emotions distort the body’s energy field, slowing recovery and increasing susceptibility to illness.
Every organ, gland, tissue, muscle and emotion carries a specific energy vibration. Lower-frequency energies can weaken organs and glands, leading to conditions such as liver and heart disease, stomach ulcers, kidney stones, thyroid issues and joint pain.
What Is a Heart-Wall?
A Heart-Wall is an energetic barrier created by the subconscious mind as a form of protection when we experience emotional trauma or distressing events. This defense mechanism can develop in response to situations such as divorce, job loss, surgeries, car accidents, the death of a loved one, childhood instability, the loss of a pet, or even moving away from a familiar place—among many other experiences.
This blockage affects the body in two key ways:
1. Disrupting the Flow of Heart Energy – When heart energy is unable to move freely throughout the body, it can make self-healing more difficult and may manifest as physical discomfort, particularly in the neck, upper back, and shoulders.
2. Restricting Emotional Connection – A Heart-Wall can make it harder to fully open up to others, receive love, and attract abundance into our lives.
Clearing a Heart-Wall can help restore emotional balance, enhance relationships, and support overall well-being.
The Release Process:
The key to releasing trapped emotions is connecting with the subconscious mind, which stores all past experiences like a computer chip. Through energetic muscle testing, we identify and release these low-frequency energies using magnets or our hands applied along the Governing Meridian—the largest energy pathway in the body, running from the nose, over the crown, and down the spine.
Unprocessed emotions layer over time, contributing to chronic stress and illness. The subconscious mind retains these memories, and when triggered, the body reactivates the stress response. However, just as thoughts can trigger illness, thoughts can also facilitate healing. By shifting focus away from negative emotions, we create space for balance and renewal.
Remote Energy Healing:
Energy healing is not bound by physical location. I can work with people and animals remotely, allowing for effective release while the analytical mind rests and the nervous system relaxes. This process can also clear inherited trapped emotions, releasing energies passed down through generations.
Everything is energy. By identifying and clearing trapped emotions, we can help restore the body’s natural flow, promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
